    Sammanfattning : This doctoral thesis analyzes the balancing and proportionality analyses performed by Swedish legislators over time in the creation of legislation allowing for the interception of communica- tions data and metadata by the Swedish Security Service for intelligence purposes. By examining the concept of proportionality within the field of constitutional law, a framework for performing proportionality tests is identified. LÄS MER

Based on fieldwork, participant observation, individual and focus group interviews carried out in a number of multi-ethnic suburbs throughout Sweden, as well as analysis of political documents and press material, the study explores different ways in which “immigrants” are represented in Swedish society.     Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis was to describe and analyse principals´ views of collaboration forms, staff development and leadership, as critical internal capacities for school improvement, in five more successful and four less successful Swedish secondary schools, and compare the qualitative similarities and/or differences in the principals´ views at the level of schools. A successful school is understood to be a school where pupils accomplish both the academic objectives and the social/civic objectives in the National Curriculum. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Economic evaluations are used to inform decision makers about the efficient allocation of scarce healthcare resources and are generated with the direct intent to support decisions in healthcare. Producing guidelines is a complex process and the inclusion of health-economic aspects in the formulation of the Swedish national guidelines as a basis for the written recommendations (priority gradings), distinguishes them from their European counterparts.
