Sammanfattning : Abstract The point of departure for this study is the author's experience as educator in a residential home for children (age 6-14) with social-emotional problems, in Italy, between 1980 and 1989. One important element of the pedagogical approach was the use of narratives (personal, of others, of fiction) to prompt children's interest/ motivation to reflect about issues of personal concern. Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis is to study and typologize the different forms of intertextuality in the works of Heinrich von Kleist (1777-1811). 13. “Lasciatemi morire” o farò “La Finta Pazza”: Embodying Vocal Nothingness on Stage in Italian and French 17th Century Operatic Laments and Mad Scenes
Sammanfattning : This music research drama thesis explores and presents a singer’s artistic research process from the first meeting with a musical score until the first steps of the performance on stage. The aim has been to define and formulate an understanding in sound as well as in words around the concept of pure voice in relation to the performance of 17th century vocal music from a 21st century singer’s practice-based perspective with reference to theories on nothingness, the role of the 17th century female singer, ornamentation (over-vocalization) and the singing of the nightingale. 14. Interacting : Coordinating text understanding in a student theatre production
Sammanfattning : The present dissertation explores student actors’ and their teachers’ coordination of text understanding in a theatre production – a two-semester process from page to stage in an upper secondary school in Sweden. With an interest in the collaborative work achieved in and through theatre education the research is realized against a background of the role of arts education and reading of literary texts in the neoliberal educational landscape that favors measurable effects of individual achievements. Sammanfattning : "The potential of multilingualism in dramatic works" is an artistic research project that aims to investigate, develop, and deepen the practice of writing multilingual drama for an imagined audience in Sweden.
