Sammanfattning : Both national equity in healthcare and the county councils’ local autonomy are important values supported by Swedish law. Politically it is a balancing act; how much freedom should the county councils have and to what extent should healthcare be equal throughout the country? Sammanfattning : The balance between the regulatory autonomy of the Member State of the European Union and the requirements of harmonisation as set out in the EU Services Directive (2006/123/EC) is the subject of this work. The overall effects of the free movement of services on national regulatory autonomy as prescribed by the Services Directive is to a great degree dependent upon whether this directive is perceived of as a traditional directive or instead, as a governance instrument to control and steer the actions of the Member States. Sammanfattning : Aims:The overall aim of this thesis was to increase knowledge about the promotion of physical activity (PA) in patients during and after curative cancer treatment. Methods: Study I investigated agreement between a 7-day diary and the SenseWear Armband mini (SWA) when assessing PA and sedentary time in 65 participants with breast cancer. LÄS MER
