    Sammanfattning : What happens if geography itself is posed as a question instead of as a mere framework for other, geographical, questions? What about the geography of ethnic residential segregation? If we did not start out by postulating individuals, ethnicities, neighbourhoods, nation-states or other geographies, what would it be? This thesis is an attempt to investigate the geography of ethnic residential segregation as a question of radical empiricism.     Sammanfattning : This thesis investigates the roots of Hammarskjöld's interest in Mystical Theology bytracing both Vägmärken and the Public Papers of the Secretaries-General (1953-1961)back to the original text material found in Hammarskjöld's private libraries, at theKungliga Biblioteket in Stockholm, and at his Cottage in Backåkra, Skåne. The first partof the thesis seeks to illustrate the principle concepts of Mystical Theology by recourseto the Mystical theologian Jean Gerson, and those writers on Mystical Theology whowere available to Hammarskjöld during his formative years.     Sammanfattning : This study attempts to show that, despite the scepticism as to the historicity of Arthur and the criticism of the genre of chivalric romance that arose during the English Renaissance, Arthurian motifs in drama and entertainments performed for the royal house remained highly relevant at this time. It is argued in this thesis that the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries were not a kind of Arthurian 'Dark Ages. LÄS MER
