Sammanfattning : This monograph on the œuvre of contemporary American author and multimedia artist Shelley Jackson addresses the question of how literary works employ language to evoke sense impressions. Sammanfattning : In this dissertation I investigate how decolonisation through inclusion instead of independence has affected processes of othering, and reactions to being othered. By othering I mean discursive colonial practices described by post-colonial theories, in which racial and cultural difference is produced as inferior vis-à-vis the “superior” West. LÄS MER

Sammanfattning : This thesis focuses on the intersections of masculinity, old age and sexuality from the perspectives of old men themselves, how they understand and experience sex and sexuality in later life.
