Sammanfattning : This thesis focuses on cognitive impairment in Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) survivors with the main aim to evaluate possible effects by targeted temperature management. Secondary aims are to describe the prevalence of cognitive impairment in a large group of OHCA-survivors, the related symptoms of psychological distress and the actual effect of cognitive impairment for the patient’s ability to participate in everyday life and in the society (as work). Sammanfattning : This dissertation concerns the place of teachers’ and students’ narratives in making school chemistry more meaningful to students. The material was collected at upper secondary school courses and consists of interviews with six experienced chemistry teachers, five adult students attending evening classes and six younger students. Sammanfattning : The thesis is based on the excavation of a Stone Age site approximately 9,300 years old located in the south Swedish inland. Although the site delivered very few finds it was a site of considerable potential merit. The landscape in the forested region was to a considerable extent untouched by human activity. LÄS MER
