   Sammanfattning : The licentiate thesis Designing with Urban Sound explores the constitution and qualitative characteristics of urban sonic space from a design-oriented and practice-based perspective. The act of lifting forth and illuminating the interaction between architecture, the creation of sound and a sonic experience aims to examine and develop useful tools and methods for the representation, communication and analysis of the exterior sonic environment in complex architectural spaces.    Sammanfattning : This practice-led PhD-thesis draws on an existing Japanese movement practice called suriashi, which translates as sliding foot. Suriashi is a specific gender codified walking technique in classical Japanese dance and theatre, and an important method for acting on stage. LÄS MER

   Sammanfattning : “Critical conversations” is an exploration of the process of constructing gender in a formal organizational process, namely the performance managementprocess. At the collaborative case company, the performance managementprocess is practiced in so called career conversations and the aim is to explore whether men and women are supported and encouraged differently inthese conversations, intended to develop employees’ careers? If so, how is thisdone? Could it contribute to an explanation of the systematic divergence ofcareer advancement for men and women over time and the late arrival of women, relative men, to executive suit. LÄS MER
