   Sammanfattning : Studies on Fantasmical Anatomies is an ongoing transdisciplinary artistic research, which encompasses the spectrum of experiences and practices that I have developed as a choreographer, dancer and Feldenkrais practitioner. My interest in anatomy and somatic practices grew out of multiple shoulder dislocations. LÄS MER

3. 2. Practices that facilitate or hinder breastfeeding

   Sammanfattning : The overall aim of this thesis was to address delivery and maternity practices that can impede breastfeeding and to develop methods to facilitate breastfeeding. The specific aims were to study 1) breastfeeding hormones in mothers giving birth vaginally and by cesarean section, 2) to what extent mothers roomed- in with their infants at the maternity and what were their attitudes 3) if anti-secretory factor (AF), known to prevent mastitis in animals, could be induced in human milk 4) if latching-on problems in “older” infants could be remediated by skin-to-skin contact with the mother during breastfeeding.    Sammanfattning : Ritual creativity may seem like a contradiction in terms, yet the religious landscape in contemporary Euro-America is permeate with experimentation of ritual forms, different modalities of action, imagination and play as routes to authenticity. The present study examines different settings in Europe involved in such ritual creativity, which would commonly be classified as postmodern spirituality, new age or Paganism. LÄS MER

   Sammanfattning : This doctoral artistic research project addresses the possibility of a dance withdrawn from that neoliberal scheme accordingto which self-performance, entrepreneurship and the production of subjectivity rule. Taking as a starting point the dissident corporealities that have emerged in the last fifty years in Western contemporary experimental dance; the project involvesaesthetic, philosophical and socio-political perspectives, carried out on choreographic, performative, textual, audiovisual, curatorial and discursive media.
