Specifically, should interaction be understood in the same manner regardless of which individuals that participate? 5. Styles of success : On impression management as collaborative action in job interviews
Sammanfattning : The research reported in this study takes both a general descriptive approach - investigating the characteristics of 48 job interviews - and a comparative one - analyzing ways in which those who got a job offer differed from those who did not.
