  1. 11. Everyday activities in older adults readmitted to hospital

    Författare :Marie Jönsson; Marie Holmefur; Carin Fredriksson; Peter Appelros; Ingeborg Nilsson; Örebro universitet; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Activities of daily living; ageing; cognition; everyday activities; occupational therapy; patient discharge; patient readmission; performance;

    Sammanfattning : The coordination of health care and social care at discharge are particularly important for older adults with complex health and social needs, as approximately 30 % of these persons are readmitted to hospital on an unplanned basis within three months of discharge. In order to provide adequate care for this group of older adults, we need a deeper understanding of their experiences regarding their functional ability at hospital and at home. LÄS MER

  3. 13. Study of solidification and volume change in lamellar cast iron with respect to defect formation mechanisms

    Författare :Péter Svidró; Pär Jönsson; Pål Schmidt; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; lamellar cast iron; shrinkage porosity; solidification; volumetric change; dendrite coherency; inter-dendritic space;

    Sammanfattning : Lamellar cast iron is a very important technical alloy and the most used material in the casting production, and especially in the automotive industry which is the major consumer. Beside the many great properties, it is inclined to form casting defects of which some can be prevented, and some may be repaired subsequently. LÄS MER

  4. 14. Formativ bedömning : en enkel match eller en svår utmaning? Effekter av en kompetensutvecklingssatsning på lärarnas praktik och på elevernas prestationer i matematik
