Whereas n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) have been considered anti-inflammatory, n-6 PUFA have been proposed to act pro-inflammatory. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Mathematical modeling in precision nutrition

    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Personalized nutrition; precision nutrition; differential responders; metabotypes;

    Sammanfattning : Precision nutrition (PN) aims to tailor diets for individuals or groups based on comprehensive data to improve prevention of diseases, such as cardiometabolic diseases. Predicting individual postprandial metabolic responses and identifying individuals with similar metabolic phenotypes (metabotypes) could guide tailored diet strategies. LÄS MER
