  1. 1. Studies of safety and critical work situations in nuclear power plants : a human factors perspective

    Författare :Lena Kecklund; Erik Hollnagel; Stockholms universitet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; Safety; nuclear power; operators; work-related factors; performance; human error; annual outage; MTO; Psychology; Psykologi; psykologi; Psychology;

    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis was to develop and apply different approaches for analyzing safety in critical work situations in real work settings in nuclear power plants, and also to identify safety enhancing measures by using the framework of interaction between human, organizational and technical subsystems (MTO, man-technology-organization). A Cognitive Psychology as well as a Stress Psychology framework was used. LÄS MER

  2. 2. A tandem Catalyst for hydrogenation of CO2 to light olefins — The role of the zeolite component

    Författare :Wei Di; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Brønsted acid density; MTO reaction; CO2 hydrogenation; tandem catalysts; HCPs; methanol-intermediate; pre-coking; Al distribution; light olefins; SSZ-13 zeolite;

    Sammanfattning : The catalytic conversion of waste CO2 into light olefins offers a sustainable pathway for green chemicals production in the future. Over a tandem catalyst with the bifunctional active sites for methanol synthesis (CTM) and methanol to olefins (MTO), CO2 can be efficiently converted via intermediate methanol into a mixture of light olefins (ethylene, propene, butene). 3. 3. Learning for safety in health care and air traffic control

    Författare :Sven Ternov; Ergonomi och aerosolteknologi; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Risk management; accident models; complex systems; health care; air traffic control; MTO analysis; DEB-analysis; proactive risk analysis.;

    Sammanfattning : Introduction Risk management in enterprises, organisations and companies has had a long and complicated history. During the eighties, and at least during the beginning of the nineties, the notion concerning risk management was that if an accident happened in an otherwise perfect system it was due to the human operator in some way being the cause of the error. Sammanfattning : Denna avhandling belyser forskarstött förändringsarbete, inom ”Servicenätet Posten”, den division inom Posten Sverige AB som ansvarar för postdistribution till kunderna. Förändringsarbetet har handlat om att förbättra arbetssituationen för 15 000 brevbärare. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Social and Organizational Aspects of Requirements Engineering Methods

    Författare :C. G. Mikael Johansson; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES;

    Sammanfattning : Improving requirements engineering has been recognized as critical for the 1990s. Reported differences in theoretical reasoning vs. the practice of how methods are used suggest a need for further research. A way to proceed is to investigate how real-life system design situations can be supported the best way. LÄS MER
