    Sammanfattning : Det övergripande syftet var att undersöka mat- och måltidsrelaterade faktorer som bidragande orsak till övervikt och hjärt-kärlsjukdom.I en sensorisk studie jämfördes individer som insjuknat i hjärtinfarkt med en frisk kontroll-grupp med avseende på preferens för mat med hög respektive låg fetthalt, smakkänslighet för grundsmakerna (surt, beskt, salt, sött, umami och metalliskt) samt det beska ämnet 6-n-propylthiouracil (PROP).     Sammanfattning : Is it feasible to stimulate informal collaboration among non-urban firms and local public- and other private-sector actors, whereby they jointly strengthen the competitiveness of these firms? To answer this question, firms’ collaboration with local partner’s actors were examined.     Sammanfattning : The overall aims of the study were to determine the prevalence of anaemia in women of reproductive age and to investigate the underlying causes, as well as assess the effectiveness of antenatal care (ANC) interventions for anaemia prevention. Consecutive pregnant women booking for ANC (n=2235) were screened for anaemia, followed up and screened again late in pregnancy. LÄS MER
