  1. 1. Innovation Diffusion in the Construction Sector

    Författare :Kristian Widén; Bengt Hansson; Marcela Miozzo; Byggproduktion; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Anläggningsteknik; Construction technology; Industriell ekonomi; Commercial and industrial economics; Construction Sector; Innovation; Diffusion; Anläggningsteknik; Construction technology; Industriell ekonomi; Commercial and industrial economics; Construction Sector; Innovation; Diffusion;

    Sammanfattning : Innovation and development are the backbone of a thriving market economy. It is through innovations of various kinds that nations, industries and companies compete. Many actions in areas internationally and nationally will affect the construction sector. Research into construction innovation has attracted increasing interest. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Lösa problem : om elevers förutsättningar att lösa problem och hur lärare kan stödja processen

    Författare :Johan Sidenvall; Johan Lithner; Carina Granberg; Björn Palmberg; Kristina Juter; Umeå universitet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; problem solving; reasoning; beliefs; textbook; teaching; formative assessment; design research; secondary school; problemlösning; resonemang; uppfattningar; lärobok; lärare; undervisning; formativ bedömning; designforskning; gymnasieskola;

    Sammanfattning : Generellt sett domineras matematikundervisning av utantillinlärning och arbete med rutinuppgifter. Om undervisning till störst del görs på detta sätt kommer elever ha svårt att att utveckla andra viktiga förmågor i matematik såsom problemlösning, resonemang och begreppsförståelse. LÄS MER

  3. 3. On problems, joint problem solving and change - A human behavioural approach in a construction sector context

    Författare :Lars Sunding; Byggproduktion; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Problem solving.; Human behavior and psychology; Information distortion; Problem formulation; Action research; Behavioral Change; Collaboration; Construction sector;

    Sammanfattning : Critics maintain that there are a number of troublesome issues resulting from the construction sector’s way of operating and that these remain, despite widespread criticism and measures designed to change all of this. The construction sector’s and the critics’ manner of describing these problems fails to a large extent to take into consideration the way people function in connection with practical problem solving. 4. 4. Developing a collaborative planning tool for construction - A Building Information Model-enhanced planning and scheduling tool for production

    Författare :Mikael Viklund Tallgren; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; Collaborative planning process; BIM; Construction Informatics; Information Technology in construction; Design Science;

    Sammanfattning : Construction projects are becoming increasingly complex with a higher degree of specialization, resulting in more sub-contractors as well as in more information needed in the project. This results in a bigger project organization with an increased need for information exchange, an area where construction has been criticized by academics. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Environmentally Friendly Construction Processes Under Uncertainty : Assessment, Optimisation and Robust Decision-Making

    Författare :Kailun Feng; Weizhuo Lu; Thomas Olofsson; Geoffrey Qiping Shen; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Construction processes; environmental impacts; uncertain factors; decision-making; Byggproduktion och teknik; Construction Management and Building Technology;

    Sammanfattning : The construction processes of building and civil infrastructure are broadly recognised as large contributors to the environmental degradation, which cause environmental impacts directly and indirectly by massive energy use, intensive greenhouse emissions, and significant resources consumption. The report from Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) and the Swedish Construction Federation (Byggföretagen) shows that the total carbon dioxide equivalents emitted per year from construction processes are the same size as emissions from all of the cars in Sweden, and more than that is generated by all lorries and busses.
