    Sammanfattning : This thesis is dedicated to two distinct but convergent issues: the possibility of paraphrase and an account of context sensitivity on the basis of textual cohesion (or coherence).     Sammanfattning : Psi-calculi is a parametric framework for extensions of the pi-calculus, with arbitrary data structures and logical assertions for facts about data. This thesis presents broadcast psi-calculi and higher-order psi-calculi, two extensions of the psi-calculi framework, allowing respectively one-to-many communications and the use of higher-order process descriptions through conditions in the parameterised logic.     Sammanfattning : Despite major advances in our understanding of the biology of childhood acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and the development of new cytotoxic drugs, the prognosis of long-term survival is still only 60-65 %.In the present research, we studied the pharmacokinetics of drugs used in the induction therapy of childhood AML and performed in vitro drug sensitivity testing of leukemic cells from children with AML.
