    Sammanfattning : I början av 2000-talet finansierade regeringen ett projekt, det kommunala hälsobokslutsprojektet, som primärt syftade till att ge erfarenheter och kunskap om olika verksamhetsstyrningsmodellers användbarhet som underlag för det som kallades hälsobokslut. Vidare förväntades projektet ge erfarenheter och kunskap om vilka stödprocesser som var väsentliga för en lyckosam användning av de valda verksamhetsstyrningsmodellerna. LÄS MER

  2. 7. Supporting loose forms of collaboration : Using Linked Data to realize an architecture for collective knowledge construction

    Författare :Hannes Ebner; Marko Turpeinen; Ambjörn Naeve; John Breslin; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; linked data; collaboration; information model; contribution; application architecture; web application; web standards; www; open world assumption; Informations- och kommunikationsteknik; Information and Communication Technology; Media Technology; Medieteknik; Computer Science; Datalogi;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis is driven by the motivation to explore a way of working collaboratively that closely reflects the World Wide Web (WWW), more specifically the potential of the Web architecture built on Semantic Web technologies and Linked Data. The goal is to describe a generic approach and architecture that satisfies the needs for loose collaboration and collective knowledge construction as exemplified by the applications described in this thesis.     Nyckelord :TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIKVETENSKAP;

    Sammanfattning : Health Information Systems (HISs) are implemented to support individuals,organizations, and society, making work processes integrated andcontributing to increase service quality and patient safety. However, theoutcomes of many HIS implementations in both primary care and hospitalsettings have either not met yet all the expectations decision-makersidentified or have failed in their implementation.
