    Sammanfattning : The thesis investigates the rites of ordination to the diaconate in the churches of the Porvoo communion. The research includes, in total, four Anglican churches of the British Isles and six Lutheran churches in the Nordic and Baltic countries – all of the churches which signed the Porvoo Declaration in 1996 and thus founded a new communion: Church in Wales, Church of England, Church of Ireland, Scottish Episcopal Church, Church of Norway, Church of Sweden, Estonian Evangelical-Lutheran Church, Evangelical-Lutheran Church of Iceland and Evangelical-Lutheran Church of Lithuania.     Sammanfattning : Using Pierre Bourdieu’s field theory, this thesis explores the idea of a “world-class university” by analysing the narratives and dynamics that shape this classification in the context of global university rankings. It uses a combination of methods, including historical studies, bibliometrics, multiple correspondence analysis, and social network analysis to examine the socio-historical factors determining world-class status in higher education. The purpose of this dissertation is to develop a theory for multinational enterprise organisation; a theory that analyses new organisational features from a co-ordination perspective based on the New Institutional Economic theory.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study is to describe and analyse changes in the pledge element of the ordination in the Church of Sweden. The transition in 1893 from a clerical oath to an affirmation will be particularly in focus and its causes and effects identified. LÄS MER
