   Sammanfattning : Patients waiting for cardiac surgery often consider the period from the decision for surgery to the time for the operation as long, heavy and dreary. Therefore, it is important that patients are supplied with structured oral and written information regarding their disease and its treatment, so that they are able to understand and discuss the forthcoming operation, the risk of complications and the possibility that surgery may be delayed.    Sammanfattning : Women and men’s experiences and needs in relation to induced abortion, and their views on the prevention of unintended pregnancies were explored through questionnaire studies at 10 and13 Swedish women’s clinics (Papers I–IV). Among 798 women in age range 14 – 49, 35% had experience of at least one previous abortion, and in the age range 20 – 49, 41%. LÄS MER

Sju kvinnor mellan 18 och 25 år intervjuades om när de sökte hjälp första gången. Arbete I innebar en beskrivande analys av vägen till behandling. LÄS MER
