Transcription of ribosomal RNA and ribosomal biogenesis are directly linked to cell growth and proliferation, since the ribosomal RNA encodes for the majority of transcription in a cell and ribosomal biogenesis influences directly the number of proteins that are synthesized.     Sammanfattning : Although mortality due to heart failure has decreased significantly in the last decade since the introduction of ACE-inhibitors and ?-adrenergic receptor blockers in the management of heart failure, chronic heart failure is still one of the most important causes of morbidity and mortality and has a very high frequency for readmission to hospitalization because of the aggravation of heart failure.
