    Författare :Kristina Morgardt-Ryberg; Yrkes- och miljödermatologi; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Disperse Blue 106; contact allergy; Disperse Orange 3; disperse dyes; Disperse Blue 124; TLC; textile-related skin problems; textile dye mix; PPD; HPLC; impurities;

    Sammanfattning : Disperse dyes are common sensitizers among textile dyes. Contact allergy to disperse dyes has been documented in studies carried out in southern Europe, however, corresponding studies have not been performed in the Scandinavian countries. LÄS MER

  2. 17. Contact allergy to fragrances with a focus on oak moss absolute

    Författare :Martin Mowitz; Yrkes- och miljödermatologi; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; contact allergy; allergic contact dermatitis; fragrance; patch test; repeated open application test;

  3. 18. Adverse Reactions after Vaccination and Allergen-Specific Immunotherapy: Contact Allergy to Aluminium and Itching Nodules

    Författare :Eva Netterlid; Yrkes- och miljödermatologi; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Patch test; Itching nodules; Contact allergy; ASIT; Aluminium; Allergen-specific immunotherapy; Adverse event; Parental reports; vaccination;

    Sammanfattning : The aim of the work presented in this thesis was to investigate two different types of adverse reactions, persistent itching nodules and contact allergy to aluminium, after immunization with aluminium-containing vaccines and aluminium-containing allergen extracts used for allergen-specific immunotherapy (ASIT). The first paper describes active parental reporting of adverse events (AEFIs) after a booster dose of diphtheria-tetanus vaccine (DT). LÄS MER

  4. 19. Methylisothiazolinones. Diagnosis and prevention of allergic contact dermatitis

    Författare :Birgitta Gruvberger; Malmö Institutionen för kliniska vetenskaper; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; venereology; Dermatologi; Dermatology; Prevention.; Chemical burns; Occupational dermatoses; Allergic contact dermatitis; Guinea pig maximization test; Isolation identification of contact sensitizers; Inactivation; Methylisothiazolinones; Kathon® CG; venereologi;

    Sammanfattning : Preservatives are biologically active substances which are required in water-based products/systems to prevent growth of micro-organisms. Kathon® CG (K-CG), one of several preservatives based on 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolinon-3-one (MCI) and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (MI) has been shown to be a common sensitizer in dermatitis patients.
