    Sammanfattning : This thesis describes the development of a generic model for predicting the emissions of organic compounds from materials used in the manufacture of various goods and products. Many products contain organic substances that are not bound to the matrix formed by their constituent materials and are thus able to dissociate from the material and become transferred into the surrounding environment.     Sammanfattning : The coordinated regulation of gene expression must be tightly controlled for normal development to occur. In mammals, this issue is further complicated by the requirement of both the maternal and paternal genomes for normal development, reflecting the fact that a subset of genes are monoallelically expressed depending on parental inheritance, a phenomenon known as genomic imprinting.     Sammanfattning : Att få en examen från gymnasieskolan är viktigt för både samhälle och individ. Utan fullständig examen riskerar unga att hamna i arbetslöshet och utanförskap. Mot bakgrund av detta är det oroande att ungefär 15 000 gymnasieelever i Sverige varje år avslutar sina gymnasiestudier utan att erhålla full examen. LÄS MER
