1. Crossed Product Structures Associated with Topological Dynamical Systems
Sammanfattning : We study connections between topological dynamical systems and associated algebras of crossed product type. We derive equivalences between structural properties of a crossed product and dynamical properties of the associated system and furthermore derive qualitative results concerning the crossed product that are true regardless of the corresponding dynamical system. 2. Development and validation of a system for the generation, characterization and subsequent air- liquid interface studies of aerosol particles
Sammanfattning : Exposure to nano-sized and nanostructured aerosol particles with tailored properties are likely to increase in society. Occupational exposure to various kinds of nanostructured aerosol particles such as soot and metal aggregates already exists. LÄS MER

5. Computational Methods in Medicinal Chemistry : Mechanistic Investigations and Virtual Screening Development
Sammanfattning : Computational methods have become an integral part of drug development and can help bring new and better drugs to the market faster. The process of predicting the biological activity of large compound collections is known as virtual screening, and has been instrumental in the development of several drugs today in the market.
