    Sammanfattning : Magnetic resonance imaging enables detailed in vivo study of complex flow through 3D, time-resolved phase contrast imaging (4D flow). 4D flow may reveal previously unknown aspects of the physiology of intracardiac blood flow, and possibly elucidate pathophysiological processes that have yet to manifest themselves outside the heart.     Sammanfattning : The aim of this licentiate thesis is to evaluate the normal-ordered two-body (NO2B)-approximation as a computationally promising way to incorporate realistic three-nucleon forces (3NFs) in nuclear many-body simulations using the no-core-shell-model.     Sammanfattning : The reactive control of fingertip forces maintaining grasp stability was examined in man during a prehensile task. Blindfolded subjects used the precision grip between the tips of index finger and thumb to restrain an object that was subjected to unpredictable load forces.
