  1. 6. Berättelser om det kränkta rummet : Processen i det terapeutiska rummet och betydelsen av bemötandeförloppet i återhämtningsprocessen vid allvarliga psykiska svårigheter

    Författare :Bengt Andersson; Institutionen för psykologi; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; psychosis; psychotherapy; process; hermeneutics; object relations development; adaptive strategies; defensive strategies; transfer; psychotherapeutic approach; empathy; working through;

    Sammanfattning : The present thesis involves a process evaluation of what occurred in the treat¬ment of seven young patients in institutional care diagnosed with schizophrenia: what happened in the encounters between staff and patients in a ward environ¬ment designed to provide constant care, and what facilitated or hindered rehabili¬tation efforts. The aim of the process presentation was to portray the treatment process, using a descriptive approach, in terms of the interaction between staff and the ward environment and of the individual psychotherapies. Sammanfattning : Hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) are irreplaceable in attaining sustainable development in contemporary society. Owing to the extra degree of freedom in supplying traction power, HEVs resort to appropriate energy management strategies (EMSs) to present their superiority over conventional internal combustion engine vehicles and pure electric vehicles. 3. 8. Computational Stability and Adaptive Strategies - An Experimental Study of ODE Software

    Författare :Lina Wang; Matematik LTH; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; algorithm analysis; Mathematical software; RADAU5; DASSL; digital filters; PI control; adaptive time-stepping; stepsize control; computational stability; test protocol; Computer science; numerical analysis; systems; control; Datalogi; numerisk analys; system; kontroll;

    Sammanfattning : The algorithmic content of adaptive ODE/DAE software is dominated by a considerable amount of control structures, support algorithms and logic. The control logic has been largely heuristic and lacking support by analysis. LÄS MER

  4. 9. Towards adaptive bogie design

    Författare :Milad Mousavi Bideleh Seyed; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; sensitivity analysis; Optimization; suspension system; bogie; active control;

    Sammanfattning : Suspension components play a crucial role in bogie dynamics behavior. In this regard, passive and active systems are developed to meet various design requirements. Adaptive suspension systems can adjust the bogie dynamics with respect to different operational scenarios and as a result improve the vehicle performance. LÄS MER

  5. 10. Adaptive behaviour in traffic : An individual road user perspective

    Författare :Sara Nygårdhs; Björn Johansson; Dick de Waard; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Adaptation; road-user; comfort zone;

    Sammanfattning : Road-user adaptation is a prerequisite for traffic to run smoothly. By adaptation, the road user aims to ensure a feeling of comfort according to his or her present state and capability. In this thesis, adaptive behaviour of car drivers and cyclists in response to different factors is explored, using the individual perspective of the road user. LÄS MER
