Sammanfattning : This thesis focuses on women diagnosed with breast cancer and their familymembers. Since a breast cancer diagnosis and its subsequent treatment are astrenuous experience not only for the woman afflicted but also for her familymembers, this thesis aimed to explore the experiences of everyday life duringradiation therapy from the perspectives of the woman with breast cancer andher family, as well as exploring families’ experiences of participating in shortfamily health conversations (SFamHC). Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to explore Swedish upper elementary school students’experiences of mathematics teachers’ assessment practices, with a focus on educationalgoals communicated between the teacher and the class. In this study, students’experiences in three cases are viewed from a holistic perspective, by adapting Visualmodel of the curriculum policy, design and enactment system by Remillards and Heck(2014) to a Swedish context. Sammanfattning : The new school mathematics curriculum in Mozambique, introduced in 2008, is partly competency-based and it advocates a more student-centred pedagogy. The most salient innovative features are the incorporation of mathematical competencies related to the development of students’ reasoning skills, including argumentation, justification and analytical thinking, and the use of heuristic or inductive methods that promote meaningful students’ participation. 30. DNA Analysis of PCR-Inhibitory Forensic Samples
Sammanfattning : DNA evidence, linking perpetrators to crime scenes, is central to many legal proceedings. However, crime scene samples often contain extraneous substances that may interfere with the PCR-based forensic analysis, resulting in partial or negative DNA profiles. Extensive DNA purification may remove inhibitors, but involves the risk of DNA loss. LÄS MER
