    Sammanfattning : This thesis investigates the construction of role models, more specifically literary didactics and constructions of subject positions, in literary works with exemplary stories in Swedish 1400–1750, from the perspective of literature for children and young adults.Childhood concepts, didactic concepts and subject positions presented to the reader are analyzed from the point of view of dominance and dissonance between different characters and messages.     Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to demonstrate how the publication of books in Swedish about Native Americans for children and young people developed and changed between 1890 and 2008. Translations into Swedish of such books from 1860 onwards are commented on. The terms "Native American", "Indian" and "Indigenous" are discussed. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : In 1949, a Swedish author, Ivar Lo-Johansson (1901–1990), started an action that had the aim of improving conditions for old people in Sweden This action lasted from 1949 until 1957. It started when the author and a photographer made a journey around the country to enable Lo-Johansson to form a conception of the conditions under which old people lived in old people’s homes.
