    Sammanfattning : Clinical experience and follow-up of patients operated on with surgical arterial patch angioplasty of the left main coronary artery (LMCA) and observational retrospective studies in patients with LMCA obstruction who had undergone coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) are reported.
