    Sammanfattning : New arylcopper complexes have been synthesised and characterised structurally. The reaction between the Grignard reagent (viph)MgBr (viph = ortho-vinylphenyl) and CuCl has been studied and two unstable mixed aryl/halide intermediates, [Mg(THF)6][Cu5(viph)2Br4]2.THF and [Mg(THF)5Cl][Cu5(viph)4Br2].     Sammanfattning : The formation of thin films of polymer blends by spin-coating from solution is characterised by rapid solvent quenching, a process that results in non-equilibrium morphologies.     Sammanfattning : Preclinical testing is an important part of cancer drug development. The aim of this thesis was to establish and evaluate preclinical in vitro methods useful in the development of new anticancer drugs. In paper I, the development of non-clonogenic assays (FMCA-GM) using CD34+ stem cells for assessment of haematological toxicity was described. LÄS MER
