25. Utveckling av en metod, Care Optimizer, för mätning av vårdbehov och resursanvändning inom kommunal äldreomsorg
Sammanfattning : Föreliggande avhandling består av fyra studier där det övergripande syftet med studierna var att utveckla ett mätinstrument för att bedöma vårdbehov och tidsåtgång relaterat till vilka personella resurser som krävs för att tillgodose aktuellt vårdbehov hos äldre boende på särskilda boenden inom kommunal äldreomsorg. Instrumentet har fått namnet Time in Care (TiC) och är uppdelat i två delar: Time in Care for need (TiC-n), som mäter det individuella omvårdnadsbehovet, och Time in Care for time (TiC-t), som mäter tiden det tar att utföra de vårdaktiviteter vilka är relaterade till vårdtagarnas omvårdnadsbehov.
