    Sammanfattning : Mango (Mangifera indica L.) is one of the most important tropical fruits commercialized and consumed worldwide, and an excellent source of fibre, bioactive compounds such as pro-vitamin A carotenoids, vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and phenolics.
