    Sammanfattning : Patients with Type 2 diabetes and secondary failure to oral hypoglycaemic agents were characterized before and during insulin treatment. During oral treatment the 24-h area under the curve for free insulin in blood was similar to that in healthy subjects. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : A general synthetic route from vinylepoxides to vinylaziridines via 1,2-amino alcohols was developed. The 1,2-amino alcohols were obtained from a stereospecific and regioselective aminolysis of vinylepoxides. The synthetic scope of the aminolysis could be expanded by the use of a microwave-assisted protocol. LÄS MER
