    Nyckelord :wireless networked control systems; NCS; wireless communications; control; distributed reconfiguration; resilient; fault-tolerant control; IEEE 802.15.4; resource-aware; WNCS; aperiodic control; event-triggered; self-triggered; event-based; co-simulator; estimation; GISOO; MAC; scheduling; routing; RPL; delay; out-of-order communications; CPS; Cyber Physical Systems; Wireless Cyber Physical Systems; Wireless Cyber Physical Control Systems; Electrical Engineering; Elektro- och systemteknik;

    Sammanfattning : Networked control over wireless networks is of growing importance in many application domains such as industrial control, building automation and transportation systems. Wide deployment however, requires systematic design tools to enable efficient resource usage while guaranteeing close-loop control performance. LÄS MER

  3. 33. Dynamic Resource Provisioning and Survivability Strategies in Optical Networks

    Författare :Jawwad Ahmed; Lena Wosinska; Andrea Fumagalli; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; optical networks; passive optical networks; wavelength; routing; Survivability; protection; restoration; SRA - ICT; SRA - Informations- och kommunikationsteknik;

    Sammanfattning : Optical networks based on Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) technology show many clear benefits in terms of high capacity, flexibility and low power consumption. All these benefits make WDM networks the preferred choice for today’s and future transports solutions which are strongly driven by a plethora of emerging online services. LÄS MER

  4. 34. Collaborative Network Security: Targeting Wide-area Routing and Edge-network Attacks

    Författare :Rahul Gokulchand Hiran; Nahid Shahmehri; Niklas Carlsson; Olaf Maennel; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Collaboration; network security; BGP attacks; routing security; hijack;

    Sammanfattning : To ensure that services can be delivered reliably and continuously over theInternet, it is important that both Internet routes and edge networks aresecured. However, the sophistication and distributed nature of many at-tacks that target wide-area routing and edge networks make it difficult foran individual network, user, or router to detect these attacks. 5. 35. Anypath Routing for Reducing Latency in Multi-Channel Wireless Mesh Networks

    Författare :Andreas Lavén; Anna Brunstrom; Andreas Kassler; Björn Landfeldt; Karlstads universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Wireless Mesh Networks; Anypath Routing; Forwarding; VoIP; Computer Science; Datavetenskap;

    Sammanfattning : Increasing capacity in wireless mesh networks can be achieved by using multiple channels and radios. By using different channels, two nodes can send packets at the same time without interfering with each other. To utilize diversity of available frequency, a channel assignment scheme is required.
