  1. 1. Apparater, aktiviteter och aktörer : Lågenergiboende som resurs och restriktion för energiordningar

    Författare :Helena Karresand; Kajsa Ellegård; Wiktoria Glad; Patrik Rohdin; Margrethe Aune; Linköpings universitet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; Passive house; household; household activities; public housing companies; low energy homes; energy use; household appliances; everyday life; time geography; energy order; Passivhus; hushåll; hushållsaktiviteter; bostadsbolag; lågenergibostad; energianvändning; hushållsapparater; vardagsliv; tidsgeografi; energiordning;

    Sammanfattning : Energianvändningen inom bostadssektorn har stadigt ökat och verkar inte minska trots energieffektiva apparater. Genom att bygga lågenergibostäder försöker bostadsbolagen minska energianvändningen, vilket också sker, men endast vad gäller uppvärmning och varmvatten. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Functional appliance treatment and stability in Class II/1 malocclusion, and masticatory muscle characteristics

    Författare :Gregory Antonarakis; Göteborgs universitet; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Class II malocclusion; functional appliances; masticatory muscles; stability; ultrasonography; bite force;

    Sammanfattning : Aims: To evaluate the short-term antero-posterior effects on Class II division 1 malocclusion in growing children using functional appliances, and investigate whether the functional capacity of the masticatory musculature can be used as a predictive variable in determining the treatment and post-treatment effects following functional appliance treatment. Material and Methods: Firstly, a literature search was carried out identifying prospective clinical trials on the treatment of Class II malocclusion using functional appliances or/and headgear in growing children. 5. 5. Energy consumption transition : final household energy consumption in the case of Sweden 1920-2010

    Författare :Mikael Levin; Lars-Fredrik Andersson; Ann-Kristin Bergquist; Thomas Pettersson; Bengt Kriström; Umeå universitet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; economic history; households; energy transition; energy consumption; residential; electrical appliances; Carbon dioxide; emission; ekonomisk historia; Economic History;

    Sammanfattning : This licentiate thesis examines households’ final energy consumption over the long run by measuring their final energy use and examining how structural, institutional and economic factors affected the demand for energy in the residential sector during the period 1920-2010, a period covering the transition from traditional to fossil to renewable energy carriers. I believe that wider understanding of the historical energy transition and energy consumption within the residential sector might help us gain important insights into the long-run development and the factors affecting energy consumption among the households.
