    Sammanfattning : Bacteriophage P4 is a defective phage that needs a helper phage to grow lytically, since it lacks structural genes and genes encoding host cell lysis functions. P4 has the capacity to derepress the unrelated prophage P2, or its relatives after infection, thereby getting access to the late functions of the helper. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Methods for construction of geometrically complex, fully connected surface-immobilized microscopic networks of phospholipid bilayer vesicles (1-50 µm in diameter) interconnected by lipid nanotubes (100-300 nm in diameter), have been developed.     Sammanfattning : The urodele amphibians, such as newts and axolotls, are unique among vertebrates since they regenerate their limbs, tail, jaws and part of their heart and CNS as adults.
