11. Long non-coding RNAs in the epigenetic regulation of oligodendrocyte differentiation
Sammanfattning : Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) constitute a heterogeneous class of RNAs with limited coding potential, united by an arbitrarily placed cut off of >200 ntd. The past decade has seen the emergence of lncRNAs as versatile regulators of gene expression, amidst skepticism regarding the biological usefulness of pervasive genomic transcription and its non-coding RNA products prevalent in most eukaryotes. 12. Tid för reformering : Försöksverksamheten med slopad timplan i grundskolan
Sammanfattning : In 1999, the Swedish Parliament decided to launch an experiment to test the idea of replacing, at the compulsory educational level, the national time schedule with localized control of schedules. This was in keeping with strategies of deregulation, decentralisation and increased local autonomy that had dominated Swedish education policy, particularly since the 1990s. LÄS MER

The aim of the thesis is twofold. First it aims to study how the political governing of graduate studies has been carried out in the reform. LÄS MER
15. Cell cycle regulation in cancer: A noncoding perspective
Sammanfattning : The cell cycle progression is tightly regulated to ensure error-free cell replication. The complexity of the transcriptional machinery aids to function in a spatiotemporal pattern across different phases and genomic loci. LÄS MER
