    Sammanfattning : Organic acid anhydrides (OAAs) are low molecular weight chemicals used in the industry for manufacturing of plastics such as epoxy resins.     Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis was to describe the metabolism and to develope methods for biological monitoring for two organic acid anhydrides (OAAs), namely hexahydrophthalic anhydride (HHPA) and methylhexa-hydrophthalic anhydride (MHHPA).     Sammanfattning : The aromatic isocyanates, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), are used in the production of polyurethane (PUR) foams, paints, elastomers and glues.
