    Sammanfattning : Operando spectroscopy is an experimental method in catalysis that combines measurements of catalytic activity and selectivity with simultaneous in situ spectroscopic characterization of the catalyst.     Sammanfattning : Friedreich’s ataxia (FRDA) is an autosomal recessive neurodegenerative disease caused by defeciency in frataxin, a highly conserved protein central to iron homeostasis in mirochondria. The function of frataxin is related to its capability to bind, store and deliver iron to different biochemical process such as iron-sulfur cluster assembly and heme biosynthesis. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Azurin belongs to a family of small blue copper proteins or cupredoxins which participate in electron transfer processes in plants and bacteria. The type 1 copper site in these proteins is characterised by an intense blue colour, a narrow hyperfine coupling in the EPR signal and, generally, a high reduction potential. LÄS MER
