    Sammanfattning : Att skapa sammanhängande koncern-, affärs- och funktionsstrategier (strategisk kongruens), samt ett styrsystem med ett samstämmigt informationsflöde i och mellan de centrala styrverktygen (integrerad styrning), har sedan länge hävdats vara centralt för koncerners konkurrenskraft. I den mängd empiriska studier som legat till grund för detta har främst en eller två organisatoriska nivåer fokuserats när relationerna mellan strategier, styrning och konkurrenskraft diskuterats.     Sammanfattning : This thesis deals with the development of transition metal-catalyzed silaborations of 1,3-dienes and 1,6-enynes. The first part of the thesis describes the development of the enantioselective 1,4-silaboration of 1,3-cyclohexadiene. A number of chiral metal-ligand complexes were evaluated. LÄS MER

This thesis focuses on care utilisation, care experiences and patient satisfaction after a severe burn.     Sammanfattning : There is very little data on physical and psychological long-term outcome after severe burn injury. The aim of the present thesis was to improve current instruments for assessment of these issues, to assess long-term outcome in a cohort of patients with burn injuries, and to explore the contribution of the individual factors of personality and coping on perceived outcome.
