    Sammanfattning : Swedish municipalities are required to produce a municipal energy plan for their energy supply and use. Whether energy planning is suitable to manage local energy systems, however, is subject to debate. According to the Swedish Door-To-Door Policy project pathways to transit stops are important parts of public transportation, for many groups of users (in this study also called a Whole-Travel-Perspective).
