    Sammanfattning : This thesis deals with photoelectron spectroscopy of conducting polymer systems. A particular system, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)­ polystyrenesulfonic acid (PEDOT-PSS), has been the main focus of this work.     Sammanfattning : In this work, an in-depth analysis of crystalline characteristics has been performed for a unique set of strictly monodisperse poly-ε-caprolactone (PCL) oligomers.     Sammanfattning : Protein structures at moderate to high resolution can now be readily solved using an electron microscope and image processing techniques. The averaging conditions required to overcome the low signal to noise ratio of electron microscope images are particularly well satisfied by two-dimensional crystals. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Friedreich’s ataxia (FRDA) is an autosomal recessive neurodegenerative disease caused by defeciency in frataxin, a highly conserved protein central to iron homeostasis in mirochondria.
