    Sammanfattning : Anticoagulant protein C is a vitamin K-dependent factor circulating in plasma as a zymogen of a serine protease. It is converted to its active form (APC) by the thrombin-thrombomodulin complex on the surface of endothelial cells. In particular, the monotopic lipid-synthesizing enzymes are able to synthesize amphiphilic lipid products by catalyzing two biochemically distinct molecules (substrates) at the membrane interface.     Sammanfattning : Protein phosphorylation in the subcompartments of plant mitochondria was investigated by labelling with [gamma-32P]ATP and by SDS-PAGE/autoradiography. About 20 proteins in inside-out inner mitochondrial membranes from potato tubers were phosphorylated by endogenous protein kinases when incubated with [gamma-32P]ATP. LÄS MER
