    Sammanfattning : Steroidal glycoalkaloids (SGAs) are toxic defence substances present in Solanum species, including the tomato and potato. Concerns about SGA toxicity have long been raised regarding table potato cultivars, and more recently regarding starch potato cultivars, where SGAs negatively affect the use of proteins and fibre from starch by-products.     Sammanfattning : Localized corrosion of aluminum (Al, here including Al alloys) involves a series of physico-chemical processes at the interface between the metal and the aqueous ad-layer or the aqueous solution.
