   Sammanfattning : Aging entails loss of functionality and increased risk of death, even for unicellular organisms, such as the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. On a cellular level, aging is accompanied by an accumulation of harmful aging factors, e.g. damaged and aggregated proteins. LÄS MER
