    Sammanfattning : The main theme in this licentiate thesis is the focus on strengthening institutional capacities to promote cooperation within a cluster initiative between public and private sectors in Latin American contexts, especially in Bolivia. The argument is the need to generate spaces for interaction through participatory practices in order to incorporate different points of view, academic and non-academic, which can lead to a more critical production and appropriation of knowledge.     Sammanfattning : Sweden’s “establishment reform” was introduced in 2010 with the ambition to increase the labour market participation of newly arrived migrants. It was in line with other labour market policies of the centre-right Alliance government, elected in 2006, which aimed to increase work incentives particularly for groups seen as “vulnerable” in, or excluded from, the labour market.     Sammanfattning : Paper 1: "Congo: The Prize of Predation" Abstract: The article analyzes the war against Mobutu (1996-97) and the more recent war (1998- ) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo with particular attention to greed and grievance as motivating factors in these two wars. Whereas the authors' usage of the term "greed" simply reflects the desire to gain control of natural resource rents, they model "grievance" as deliberate institutional differences, implemented by the ruler, between the formal and informal sectors.
