    Sammanfattning : In this thesis I explore how older people make use of, and interact with, their physical environment in home and near-by settings to manage cognitive situations, specifically prospective memory situations. However, software-coherent systems have not been very successful in the commercial marketplace.     Sammanfattning : Heterogeneity in cloud environments is a fact of life—from workload skews and network path changes, to the diversity of server hardware components, these are all factors that impact the performance of distributed storage.
