  1. 31. Geophysical vectoring of mineralized systems in northern Norrbotten

    Författare :Roshanak Vadoodi; Thorkild Maack Rasmussen; Maxim Smirnov; Behrooz Oskooi; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Magnetotelluric; Electrical Conductivity; Potential Field; 3D Inversion; Mineralisation; Classification; Self-Organizing Map SOM ; Exploration Geophysics; Prospekteringsgeofysik;

    Sammanfattning : The Fennoscandian Shield as a part of a large Precambrian basement area is located in northern Europe and hosts economically important mineral deposits including base metals and precious metals. Regional geophysical data such as potential field and magnetotelluric data in combination with other geoscientific data contain information of importance for an understanding of the crustal and upper mantle structure.     Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Data-driven innovation; analytics; innovation process; federated networks; data science; taxonomy; Information systems; Informationssystem;

    Sammanfattning : The emergence and pervasiveness of digital technologies are changing many aspects of our lives, including what and how we innovate. Industries and societies are competing to embrace this wave of digitalization by developing the right infrastructures and ecosystems for innovation. LÄS MER

  3. 33. Inductive Dependency Parsing of Natural Language Text

    Författare :Joakim Nivre; Walter Daelemans; Växjö universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; natural language parsing; dependency parsing; memory-based learning; treebank parsing; Systems engineering; Systemteknik; Computer and Information Sciences Computer Science; Data- och informationsvetenskap;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis investigates new methods for syntactic parsing of unrestricted natural language text under requirements of robustness and disambiguation. A parsing system is required to assign to every sentence in a text at least one analysis (robustness) and at most one analysis (disambiguation). LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : To a rapidly increasing degree, traditional organizational structures evolve in large parts of the world towards online business using modern Information and Communication Technology (ICT) capabilities. For efficient applications of inter-organizational information systems, the alignment between business and ICT is a key factor. LÄS MER

  5. 35. Towards Classification and Functional Description of Enzymes: A case study of feruloyl esterases

    Författare :Gupta Udatha; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; descriptors; enzyme immobilization; catalytic triad; pharmacophore; enzyme promiscuity; functional classification; molecular docking; feruloyl esterases; protein evolution; structure-function relationship;

    Sammanfattning : The prediction of enzyme functionality from sequence or structure data remains a challenging task that can be best addressed by studying the structure-function relationships determined from previously available information. This thesis work was focused on developing a reliable classification and functional description for the feruloyl esterase (FAE) enzyme family, whose members’ possess both structural and catalytic promiscuity.
