    Sammanfattning : This thesis contains three articles related to operads and moduli spaces of admissible covers of curves. In Paper A we isolate cohomology classes coming from modular forms inside a certain space of admissible covers, thereby showing that this moduli space can be used as a substitute for a Kuga–Sato variety.     Sammanfattning : Infection with Toxoplasma gondii poses unique diagnostic problems like long-term persistence of specific IgM-antibodies, which makes it difficult to use the presence of Toxoplasma-specific IgM-antibodies alone as a sign of acute infection. The importance of determining the time of infection in pregnant women is also a unique diagnostic challenge in Toxoplasma diagnostics. LÄS MER
