    Sammanfattning : Originally published in two volumes in 1748-9, John Cleland’s Memoirs of a Woman of Pleasure (or Fanny Hill) has long been an underground classic.     Sammanfattning : This dissertation is a study of women's letter-writing in eighteenth-century Sweden. The letters are written by a number of women from the uppper classes (nobility and bourgeoisie) during the last two decades of the eighteenth century.
