   Sammanfattning : The ubiquitin proteasome system (UPS) regulates numerous cellular functions by selectively degrading cellular proteins. It controls activation of the transcription factor NF-ĸB which is involved in the expression of pro-inflammatory mediators.    Sammanfattning : The CTA1-DD/ISCOMs vector is a rationally designed mucosal adjuvant that was developed to host the distinctive properties of either adjuvant alone or in a combination that hosted additive enhancing effects on mucosal immune responses.
