  1. 16. Paleoenvironments, palaeoecology and palaeobiogeography of late cretaceous (campanian) faunas from the Kristianstad basin, southern Sweden, with applications for science education

    Författare :Elisabeth Einarsson; Benjamin Kear; Vivi Vajda; Jesper Milàn; Lund University; []
    Nyckelord :NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; NATURVETENSKAP; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; SOCIAL SCIENCES; palaeoenvironments; palaeoecology; palaeobiogeography; Campanian; Kristianstad Basin; Teaching and Learning;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis is thematically divided into two sections: Part1 presents studies related to the palaeoenvironments,palaeoecology and palaeobiogeography of the LateCretaceous (Campanian) faunas from the KristianstadBasin of southern Sweden; Part 2 reports on applicationsof palaeontological research for science education inschools.Part 1 was based on personally conducted fieldworkand biostratigraphical analysis at various Santonian-Campanian localities throughout Skåne. Författare :Martin Håkansson; Milan Horemuz; Anna B. O. Jensen; Lambert Wanninger; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; GNSS; GNSS positioning; hardware biases; phase biases; multi-GNSS; GPS; GLONASS; Galileo; BeiDou; satellite dependency; characterization; android; mass market; Group delay variations; nadir dependence; ionosphere modeling; ionospheric tomography; Geodesy and Geoinformatics; Geodesi och geoinformatik; Geodesi; Geodesy;

    Sammanfattning : GNSS hardware biases appear in code and phase observations, and originates both from the receiver and satellite hardware. The presence of biases in GNSS observations might affect the accuracy in precise GNSS positioning applications, and might also be of relevance in other GNSS applications. LÄS MER

  3. 18. Hardware biases and their impact on GNSS positioning

    Författare :Martin Håkansson; Anna B. O. Jensen; Milan Horemuz; Jan Johansson; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; GNSS positioning; Hardware biases; multi-GNSS; GPS; GLONASS; Galileo; BeiDou; Geodesy and Geoinformatics; Geodesi och geoinformatik;

    Sammanfattning : GNSS hardware biases appear in code and phase observations, and originates both from the receiver and satellite hardware. These biases influence the accuracy in precise GNSS positioning if not handled properly. LÄS MER

  4. 19. Towards a BIM-enabled Facility Management : Promises, Obstacles and Requirements

    Författare :Pouriya Parsanezhad; Milan Horemuz; Väino Tarandi; Song Han-Suck; Arto Kiviniemi; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :Building Information Modelling; facility management; interoperability; BIM; FM; Real Estate and Construction Management; Fastigheter och byggande;

    Sammanfattning : A substantial share of the organisations’ annual costs is associated with their facilities. A fundamental shift from a reactive facility management (FM) practice to a strategically orchestrated FM profession is thus a prerequisite for increased resource efficiency. LÄS MER

  5. 20. The Rhetoric of Pravda Editorials : A Diachronic Study of a Political Genre

    Författare :Ludmila Pöppel; Milan Bily; Anatolii Shaikevich; Dmitrii Dobrovolskii; Stockholms universitet; []
    Nyckelord :HUMANIORA; HUMANITIES; political discourse; discourse analysis; language of revolution; totalitarian language; Soviet political language; Pravda editorials; rhetorical changes; Slavic languages; Slaviska språk; slaviska språk; Slavic Languages;

    Sammanfattning : The present study considers the diachronic changes that took place in Soviet political discourse as reflected in six selections of Pravda editorials from the 1920s through the 1950s, as well as slogans and headlines in that newspaper from 1917 through 1933. The principal goal of analyses conducted on various levels is to identify and investigate a number of tendencies demonstrating the gradual transformation of the language of revolution into totalitarian language.
